Sweet recipe to solving problems (by Adam Somlai-Fischer)

Focusing on Problem Solving, there are 4 basic steps to follow in general:

1. Define the problem;

2. Generate alternative solutions;

3. Evaluate and select an alternative;

4. Implement and follow up on the solution.

Companies need to decide which standard they want to use about the problem solving, in order to allow their leaders to lead others (guided by values) in the finding and in the solution of matters.
